2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During busy periods, sales events, or promotional periods, processing may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will endeavour to contact you using the contact details provided at checkout.

3. Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process where applicable.

Please note that delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has been specifically selected and confirmed.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at admin@Hailleys.com.

We may ask you to provide your order number and delivery details so that we can investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery provider.

Delivery delays can occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, adverse weather, strikes, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.

8. Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at admin@Hailleys.com and provide details of the damage.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the packaging and/or damaged goods to assist with our investigation and any claim with the delivery provider.

9. International Orders

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
